My current download speed is running at 7.3 mbps and my upload at 4.3 , this is ridiculous.

What should your speed be ? Bearing in mind  that the speed is to the hub

Have you run a broadband  check  on the  my sky app to see if you have any issues  in your  area  it might  be  that  aswell
