Internet speeds

My internet really slow and buffers all the time. If I try to download games takes upto 99hrs I was wondering if I could just cancel my sky broadband cause nothing seem to help it, when I try to upgrade online just says nothing in my area. Anyone no anything that could help speed this up

If you post your Hub stats, we'll have some information about your particular phone line and internet connection to work with.

Note that it's speed arriving at the Hub which counts against the minimum speed guarantee, not speed test website results on a wireless device.
