Internet down

Hi,

 

im having trouble with sky internet. 

the internet light is predominantly flashing amber and is unstable.

 

ive switched it off at the wall but this hasn't helped.

 

according to the sky tests that you run online there are no known issues in the area etc. 

 

what do you suggest to fix this please.

@Matt240 after the recent badcweather loads of similar faults call Sky report it and they will report the issue to Openreach so it gets fixed but inevitably lead times arecquite extended.

Yes I just ran a test 

Sky are saying there are No issues 

Well I'm saying there are 

It is very very slow 

I am paying top price so expect sky to be honest about issues ??
