Internet speed
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the internet service I am currently receiving. Over the past couple of weeks, my internet speed has dropped significantly, reaching as low as 5 Mbps at times. This is far below the speed promised with my package, and it has severely impacted my ability to download and stream content effectively.
This level of service is unacceptable given the package I am paying for. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved as a priority.
Please let me know what steps you will take to rectify this problem and provide a timeline for when I can expect my service to return to the promised speed.
I look forward to your prompt response.
