I am trying to work from home but the internet is very hit and miss. To download files and re upload them takes a very long time and often crashes.
I've carried out a check and the speed is 6.9, that doesn't mean a lot to me though so please advise as I cannot get my work done. It was also like this yesterday and nobody else is using any other devices at present.
