Sky Fibre - Change the install date

I've recetnly signed up for sky fibre and the Sky engineer was due on the 08.11.2024, however openreach have cancelled their appointment and the next one they have is the 13.11.24, therefore i need to reschedule the sky engineer install visit. 

Also i've only received an ethernet cable from sky for this, is this correct??

That indicates you already have either a Sky Broadband Hub or a Max Hub, and are due to get an FTTP installation. The ethernet cable goes between the new ONT and the WAN port on the Hub.
