I have just bought the new Gigi fast broadband but done a speed check on 2 apps the morning and the down load speed was 30 it can't drop 660 from the hub to the device

What device are you testing on?
How is it connected to the hub?

What speedtest service are you using?

Please post a screenshot of your result.

I have tested on my iPhone and then my Xbox series X the series x gave me 70 speed

 just done these recently sky is saying 693 to the hub it's a sky connecting full fibre and

Yes okay so all these tests are over WiFi. Sky do not guarantee the speed you are quoting over WiFi, its ethernet only. No ISP can guarantee you will get 600mbps over WiFi because its just so unpredictable.
