Internet is very slow

Hello I've been trying to contact you by phone for at least two months my internet is very slow and my extra box I have in my bedroom has not been working for at least three months , keeps saying no connection ,

@Robssky yiubare notvtalking to Sky by posting on the forum if you want to speak to them you will need to call them which can be a pain. Top tip is to stay on the line don't accept offers of textdcetc.

 

However forum members can often help. If you mean by an "extra box"  a WiFi booster then it needsctonbe installed halway between where you need the boost and where your Sky hub is. You can see your connection speed by running thecfull connection test in the My Sky app and if it is below thecspeed guaranteed for your line itvshould offer to book an engineer. If you have a black Sky hub podt its connection ststs as these should enable someone to tell you if it has any issues see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
