No devices have internet access yet they show full Wi-Fi connection on them. Internet light keeps going out on router. Tried resetting several times, works for a bit then drops out again.

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If nothing shows then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Internet repeatedly dropping out on router
Exactly the same here in LE10 postcode. It's been intermittent since Friday evening. Supposed to be working from home tomorrow. The light on the Max router is white, but it won't connect. To make matters worse we have sky stream so we do not have any TV either. It's like the dark ages!!

Re: Internet repeatedly dropping out on router
unfortunately when you run the service checker it says no issues, yet we know there is an issue as we have heard the neighbours are out as well at similar time.
how do we get someone out as no internet or TV is very frustrating - and although i still have the cables from my satelite i cannot connect them to my sky stream TV - sky is failing

Re: Internet repeatedly dropping out on router
What was the result of the line test as this checks your actual line where the service checker doesn't as this looks for outages in your area.
