Good afternoon
i feel there is an issue with my internet. I have done a check and it says good but there definitely is some issue as it keeps kicking me off. I have made a call previous but I am not happy. I had never had a problem before until this last month. If this isn't resolved I will be cancelling my tv and internet.

Hi there. I didn't realise it was done as a discussion, i thought it was a contact sky option 🙈. I'm here now so.... the lights are all green, I've done a test and says ok but it's not like it used to be. I feel that because my yearly subscription has ended and now on a rolling month one somthings different but unsure what.

Do you have a black or white router from Sky?

@Highlinder I have a black routine. Just seems strange that as soon as my contract was up for renewal it started happening
