Internet problems.

Good afternoon

i feel there is an issue with my internet. I have done a check and it says good but there definitely is some issue as it keeps kicking me off. I have made a call previous but I am not happy. I had never had a problem before until this last month. If this isn't resolved I will be cancelling my tv and internet.

@Gareth1234  First of all you are not talking to Sky we are customers like yourself on the forum. Can you tell us what colour of router you have from Sky?

Hi there. I didn't realise it was done as a discussion, i thought it was a contact sky option 🙈. I'm here now so.... the lights are all green, I've done a test and says ok but it's not like it used to be. I feel that because my yearly subscription has ended and now on a rolling month one somthings different but unsure what.

@Gareth1234Your contract for broadband is normally 18 months. But that changed just a few weeks ago to 24 months for new people joining or starting new contracts.

 

Do you have a black or white router from Sky?

@Highlinder  I have a black routine. Just seems strange that as soon as my contract was up for renewal it started happening
