My sky connection is not working and sometimes different devices says it has the wrong password. Any ideas of what is going wrong and how to resolve it?

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I HAD THIS A FEW TIME BEST WAY IS TO TURN ROUTER OF FOR 5 MINS THEN REBOOT IT ALSO THERE A RESET BUTTON ON ROUTER CAN PRES THAT ANDRE SETT IT THE PASSWORD IN ON A CARD THAT COMES WITH THE ROUTER OR ITS ALSO ON THE ROUTER NEEDTO PUT IT ON ANY DEVICE YOU USE
