Sky Router Delivery

Hi

I was expecting a sky hub delivery from Royal Mail but they delivered it to the wrong address and left it outside, now it looks like it's gone missing as can't get hold of whoever lives at the wrong address. 

What do I do now? As my Internet goes live tomorrow.

@Paul310886  If you have the tracking number, this will show that it has been delivered to the wrong address and you can ask for another router out to you.

@Highlinder Thanks for the reply. I have the tracking number but all it says is that it's been delivered. It has a picture of where it's been left will that be enough proof to show it's been delivered to the wrong address?

@Paul310886  If you do not have it then and you can show that your door is different and if it was left outside . It is supposed to be handed to the homeowner and not left outside.
