I can't get the baby monitor on my iPhone it was on before I changed over to sky max now it's not working on my iPhone help

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.

I've had this for 2 months and my daughter can't get her baby monitor on her iPhone I've put a complaint in because it worked with my other broadband
