Internet outage

I've had no internet for the past 3 weeks and its such a struggle trying to contact a human about the issue! I've went through the service checker tools multiple times as it seems like the only way to get into contact, and I have not had any sort of helpful response. Just really need some help or an engineer to sort this out, but even booking a visit has been made very elusive on the website

The red LOS (Loss Of Signal) LED indicates an external fault in the optical circuit.
