Our broadband has been down for 2 and a half days and SKY says it's because of an outage in my area. I've checked with the community and everyone else seems to be fine. (also BT service checker says there are no issues).
Any ideas how I try to get this escalated? I'm worried that SKY are waiting for open reach to fix a local issue when it actually might just be us so no one is aware of the issue.
