I'm posting my stats for feedback, as advised on line. Just recently, we've been experiencing wi-fi connectivity issues, TV network connectivity issues and even problems with the EV not charging at the appointed schedule. The common denominator is the Sky router hub, which provides ethernet connectivity. How can I tell whether there's a problem that I can fix, or whether I need some help from Sky?

Running the broadband test will tell you what you are supposed to get between and your minimum.

Thanks for this - yes, I had checked my Broadband spped and although its not great i(we're a long way from the nearest cabinet) its in the usual range, so this doesn't seem to be the issue. Thanks for the thought though. Any ideas from a real live Sky employee per chance?
