Internet not working

I need help with broadband. My internet is not working about 2 days. I need some ingener.

@KaterynaSikula if the connection test in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection doesnt either tell you Sky are already aware of a fault or offer to book an engineer you will have to call Sky to report the fault

Sky does not use email for fault reporting or engineer booking.
