Internet not working

Hi our internet has stopped working since yesterday following Thunder and lightening storm. I am aware lightening struck the village we live in also. The middle light on the router is off on sky Q box. The other 2 lights are on we have attempted to trouble shoot but that link is down and not accessible. We have followed advise steps but no change. We have attempted to contact sky for resolution however this has been a frustrating task as not accessible.
