Zero broadband

Lastnight there was a bit of lightening in the area, and **bleep** the broadband stopped working. I have tried everything I can do at home. But its dead. Just like skys customer service. Anyone else got issues.

Re: Zero broadband

Hi

yes this is exactly the same experience we are having. Have tried to access online support to no avail. The power light is on but the middle light is off we have a sky Q box.

@Craig2383 if the power led is lit the hub is not dead instead you look to have lost connection to the exchange. You can run the connection test in the My Skybapp over a mobile connection which should tell you if Sky are aware of a local fault in your area. If they arent give Sky a call their lines are open.
