Mine isn't either. Internet light on hub is flashing orange tried reset, switching off and on etc nothing. Tv is saying internet connection is down. Ran all tests on sky and they say all is good?!!

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

@Highlinder tried that too comes back as no issues reported and all good. Tv (glass) says connected to broadband but no internet access
