My internet connection not working I turn off the router and turn on it and it's still not working I plug the internet lan lan from wall and router than plug it and it's still not working.
any advise please?

Thanks of your answers I solve the problem I press the rest button on the router after internet back to work .

If this has started at the time you posted, it could be that maintenance is taking place. Maintenance occurs overnight to cause as little disruption as possible when most subscribers are asleep.

There is still a problem this morning, as there was yesterday evening. The middle light on the router is either off or flashing orange, even after resetting the router

@IK if the connection is still down run the connection test in the My Sky app overca mobile connection as that will tell you if there is a known fault affecting your line. If it doesnt show one call Sky to report the fault so they can get it fixed for you.
