Internet not working

My internet is off, then the amber light flashes. Then it just goes off again. It does this nearly every day. I've been sent a new box and it's still doing it. I'm fed up. The internet has been off for hours.

I'm getting the same.internet keeps going off and on. Wish I had kept my old internet modem. This new one is crap 🤬

It's in the window and if anybody stands near the window it goes off. Every other light is green, yet my internet is off and just keeps flashing them going off. It's doing it all the time. I've had a new box, I've reset it it's driving me crazy

@Levi81& @Lol11 & @Erinjohnstone12 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
