Internet not working

Since receiving this fibre broadband My Internet has been shocking. It is buffering on ITV now that's not good

Yes, I have and they have said they're sorry that the speed isn't what promised and will look into it, 

Since receiving fibre, my Internet has been shocking loads of buffering
