Moving house help

I'm moving into my first home and have just brought my sky broadband and tv package. Due to be installed mid December but there's some items due to be delivered beforehand when we aren't in the house yet. How can I speak to someone to see if I can get these delivered to my current address instead?

They are delivered to the account address. 


Hubs for new activations are normally dispatched via Royal Mail to arrive a few days prior to the activation date.

 

Once sent out you can usually track its progress. The postie will usually leave it hidden if no one is in. You don't need to sign for it. The postie should also pop a card through the letterbox telling you where it was left and the tracking should show some information on it too.

I've got something called Sky Stream Puck on my account due for delivery 2nd December not sure what it is but it'll be the current owners in the house then not us!

@Ell16 Anything TV wise is normally out the door pronto to the address for the service so you may even find that it's gone to whatever address sky has on file for you now! You can only call sky to see what, or look on your ID if that is all setup! Sky are 8am to 8pm so closed now, but the social media is still all available bottom of the page!
