Internet not working

Hello there, my internet it's not working for the last 40 min. Showing a red light. I've restarted it but it won't work. 
please help to sort it out

@Vicgor run the service checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection and while thst may or may not have picked up the lost connection it will tell you if Sky arexaware of an issue affecting your line. If tgey aren't call them to report it.

I've ran already the hub and WiFi tester 

it's says all good 

but there is no internet
