Internet dropping continously, red alarm light

My internet keeps dropping, I can't take calls or watch anything. 

There has been a red alarm light on my wall unit for 2 days. Restarting multiple times has not helped.

@sodo7968 The Red alarm light is the one, have a look at the link below you may be able to see by now if area wide fault!

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby if enough time has passed for a fault condition to be displayed by the software test! This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.

I checked this already numerous times. No faults reported.
