Internet not working

Had a text to say sky had found a fault in my area and open reach we're going to fix it, funnily enough my internet wasnt down. Had a text this morning saying it was fixed and now my internet isn't working ! 
went on the sky app but it says there is no fault when running a check. Got a flashing orange light and no internet connection so something obviously is wrong. Can't speak to an actually person to resolve this. Beyond frustrated

Are you completely satisfied the text(s) were from Sky? Unless you'd reported an outage I can't see Sky contacting you like that.
