Installation of new broadband hub

I need an engineer to install my upgraded sky broadband hub

@Dot+Blake Is it just a new hub, swap it one out and put the other on for an existing working system, if you are upgrading a service say copper to full fibre, where you not given the installation date when the upgrade was ordered!
