Internet not working

My internet ain't working I want to know why. I have turned it off multiple times but still

@Jaydee92  & @Victoria5678  Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I've done this and it's still not working, I've turned it off multiple times and left it 5 mins then turned back on but the internet light isn't on and the voice light is orange, the other 2 are both green.

@lauren791 if the srrvice is still down this morning and the My Sky test doesnt tell you Sky are aware of a fault callthem and report the issue.
