@flangemousses & @Paul306 at any one time if only 0.1% of Sky broadband customers have lost their service that is 6,000 people so statistically your issues are almost not certainly connected.
If your service is still down this morning run the My Sky app connection test overca mobile connection - click to run the test if it says you are connected as that result maybe out of date. If it doesnt tell you there is a known issue then call Sky and report the fault.
