I currently have the same issue, once you have resolved your issue please let me know how you went about this.
I have power light, WiFi light but no internet light
I've gone through the diagnostic checks that sky have taken me through but still the same issue. @Dragon73 @Lisa-P1987 @Greenfingers001

I called in just now and got an automated response that they are 'aware of an issue at our local telephone exchange.' And that they will 'text me' when they're finished...
South London.
It has been affecting us since Monday/Tuesday...
Could be the same for you?

I did check the sky coverage this morning and it said there was an issue but checked again now and said that all issues have been resolved. But maybe that's an error and there behalf.
I shall wait and see

I've spoken with one of the Sky Advisors and they said there is an issue in my area with Openreach, and Openreach are already aware of the issue and should be resolved within 48 hours

I phoned customer service, an automated service I think, they performed a test and said I needed an engineer as there was a fault outside the property. They booked an open reach visit and they sorted it within 48 hours.
