Internet not working

It is saying I have good connection but I'm not getting anything only standard channels on my tv anything that needs the broadband connection isn't working the white box that is on the wall connecting from outside only has 3 of the 4 lights working and the far end light just keeps flashing my booster box upstairs isn't working either and I just get a message on my screen telling me I have no internet connection
