Do you know the exact dates?

Keep in mind that Skys automatic compensation does not kick in until 2 full working days have passed, you are also not compensated for the day it comes back online. Therefore it in a full week you may only be eligible for 2 days worth of compensation.

@Cmcg111

Yeah so you reported it on 4th April.

5th April would be day 1 towards the 2 full days without service requirement

6-7th dont count as its a weekend

8th April is the 2nd day towards the 2 full days without service

9th April 1st full day without service after initial period - Should be paid £9.76

10th April 2nd full day without service after initial period - Should be paid £9.76

11th April fault fix so no full day without service therefore no further compensation

In total you should have got £19.56 so It looks like you are a couple £s short for some reason.
