Internet not working properly

Hi, A have a problem with the internet for 3 days now. The light/led on internet is orange instead of green and the light/led on voice is orange instead of green. I have reset the router, but is working for a few minutes and after is not working. It is on and off the internet. I have to turn it off and then on and it is working for a while and then it is not working.

@Adriana161 sounds like a line faults which nedds to be fixed by an engineer. Run the Status Check in the My Sky app over a mobile connection ignore the intial result click on the broadband line to run the test again which will tell you if Sky are aware of the fault if they aren't call them and report it.
