Sky Max Hub and Pod combined range…

Just upgraded to max fibre 500 and this, with the pod doesn’t seem to have the same range as my old sky broadband set up.  The range with new hub and pod doesn't seem to reach my garden office (20 m away from the hub with the pod in the middle) and connection keeps dropping.  What can I do?  Thinking of binning off the new set up and going back to old broadband as whilst I'm sure it will be slower, I never dropped a teams call or disconnected mid meeting.  Anyone got the number for EE or Virgin.  Just about had enough...

@ASW1977 Sky and for that matter any other isp wont guarantee WiFi outside your home. External walls are normally double thickness which greatly reduces WiFi signal strength not helped with the new hub/pod arrangement using the faster but shorter range 5GHz for the backhaul connection whereas the older systems use the longer range 2.4GHz which can not support higher speeds and is also more affected by interference.

If you work in an external building you would be best advised to either run an Ethernet feed to it or use powerline networking assuming the office is on the same consumer unit as your home.
