Internet not working AGAIN!

Internet went of again! Absolutely sick of this!!

@Laurenthomp Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Same and I only joined them yesterday!!!!!! Not a good start! Checker says there's no issue too

I've ran it about 5 times it says there's no issue it's everyday now it keeps going off.

Same!! So frustrating!! I'm looking into cancelling and going elsewhere. It's a joke. Can't get into my laptop to work!! Sky need to sort it out. This is happening too often especially for the extortionate money we pay for it!
