Internet not connecting

The WiFi on my laptop has stopped connecting to most websites. If I hotspot to my phone then reconnect to the WiFi, it works again. I've tried unplugging my router, it is close to the laptop, the checker on the Sky site hasn't found any issues. What else should I try please?

Have you tried rebooting your laptop or trying a different web browser ?

Yes, I've installed all updates on my laptop and tried Chrome and Edge. Any time I hotspot to my phone, all webpages refresh and everything works, then I go back onto my home WiFi and it's fine temporarily. Then if my laptop goes to sleep, and I try again, my home WiFi won't connect to any sites
