Internet not connecting
Had an issue recently where broadband and WiFi were down but service checker says they're OK. Same thing happening again today. Anyone else without Internet Maidstone area?

Having issues with internet connection when checking on the app it comes back saying that everything is working fine but still no internet this has only started to happen after up grade and paying mor for a crappie service really not impressed A There seems to be a problem with your broadband.

@Jay316 I'm in a similar area. Any idea how to get hold of sky to report the issue? I keep going in circles with the virtual assistant and the phone number I tried states no known issues in your area. It's so frustrating 😫

Internet all down.....although testing states it is all ok

@Daisie22 same as that! This is what happened earlier this month/ end of last. It was off for a day and half then.

Same for me in ME15. The helpline run some tests and claim there is nothing wrong. Connected without Internet. This happened a few weeks ago and it turned out BT had an outage they were unaware of.
