Wifi Keeps Dropping Out

[Hopeless]

Seem to have a similar problem to others but really looking for some help with the wifi dropping and causing some serious issues with working from home and constantly dropping out on Zoom calls.

I have tried all things noted on previous posts, restarting router, turning off at socket and then starting again, hub located on window sill with no obstructions... but nothing seems to be fixing it and is very frustrating as a new Sky customer that had no issues with my Vodafone wifi service.

Is there anything I can do before having to call up Sky to talk through the issue? Have copied hub stats that mean nothing to me below but hopefully someone can guide!

@Hopeless nothing wrong with your broadband connection according to those stats. Your issue would appear to be down to WiFi in your home. Each home is different as the layout, type of construction and level of interference affect the signal strength. Having the hub above obstructions is a good move but consider where your devices are.

If working from home consider using ethernet cables if at all possible as for video calls etc they are far more reliable. Powerline networking which uses the mains cables to carry data are a good alternative. Beyond that like many others consider buying a whole home wifi solution which need not be expensive my own costs under£100 and gives me fast Wi`Fi in every room.
