The community needs a bit more information, and at least the router stats to give us something to go by, there is a post at the top of the forum which explains how to post those router stats which should be followed right to the end carefully to do the process correctly.

Unless it is an area issue your Sky App logged into your account and run from the mobile 4G/5G network should be able to test the broadband line and allow you to book an engineer.
