BT fixed external issue but still getting dropout on Internet. Tried usual hub resets on sky Q. Any ideas?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@leetieb as the Sky checker says there is nothing obviously wrong. Your connection is not outstanding but you have 66Mb/s down and 20Mb/s up. That connection has been up for 108 hours. Your devices connected by ethernet should test at around 60Mb/s over wifi it depends on the signal strength.
What happens to the LEDs on the hub when you lose connection?

Thats the weird thing...nothing... it stays green. I think its a set up issue so I may need go back to basics and start over with sky q box, TV and hub! Appreciate your input though

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@leetieb the Sky Q box acts as a wifi hotspot so if that has a marginal connection devices near it will lose connection. If you are trouble shooting an app like Wifi Sweetspots which directly measures wifi speed to the hub is useful install it on a phone and you caan see what is going on in different rooms.
