Internet lost connection

Hi my internet has lost connection for the 2 night in a row is there an issue as we have done all the checks and reset our router now this isn't any good when I rely on the broadband to watch my t.v (sky glass) and it's going off for over an hour each night

There's a chance it's maintenance taking place which occurs overnight to minimise disruption as most people are asleep but I'd perhaps expect it to last longer than an hour or so.
