No internet connection on skyQ box or mini box

Hi all, we have recently suffered a drop out of internet here and even though it's been restored,presumably by Open Reach, my SkyQ and mini box say I have no internet connection. All other home devices are working perfectly on my wifi. I've tried all ways to fix without success.Thoughts please!

Sorry to meintion the obvious but have you tried the classic on and off

if that doesn't help have you tried forgetting the network from the mini and then rejoin.
