Internet light is off

Internet light is off on hub, Power and WiFi are both green. Was working fine earlier. I have tried unplugging, resetting and have checked all connections and all looks fine. Can't get an engineer till Friday. Is there anything else I can try in the meantime? Cheers.

My broadband is not working need to speak to a engineer.

@Tyronne1 if you are the account holder you will have to call Sky if you have forgotten your log in details for the apps. Lines open from 7am
