Internet keeps going off

At 2am and around 5pm each day the net goes off? I'm wasting money being on a good package for my uni studies. Does this happen to anyone else? I'm thinking I may have to change broadband provider it's becoming a joke while I'm working.

Do you have Sky Q television?  Loss of WiFi at 02:30 is a known phenomenon associated with the Q box Eco mode.
