Internet keeps going off and on

My internet keeps going on and off and has done now for 3 days for no reason at all I keep doing checks and it says it's fine but is still going on and off

My internet has been doing exactly the same thing. Sky are saying everything is ok however it's not.

@Amy774  & @John349  Are you just getting to the service check when looking to see if your broadband is working that has the little house behind it showing your services with Sky on it?

Yes it's just the service check for WiFi that I'm using which o my allows me to do when the light on my box have came back on but at least 2 lights on my box is going off and on throughout the day

@Amy774  When this happens again can you click on broadband as the information on service checker is historical data that Sky has on your services.

Hi. Im having the same problem. My broadvand has been cutting out - on and off - over the last week. Of course i can only use the Sky broadband  checker whilst the broadband is working thus the checker always comes up with green. But it doesnt check when its not working as i dont have broadband  working at that point. Is there a Sky phone number that i can call to have an engineer check / fix the problem? Many thanks

@MrjsullivanhomeYou can call 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts and ignore it when it sends you a text and it should put you through to an advisor. If you are using a mobile you can find the number at the bottom of the link below under " Need more help ".
