Internet keeps dropping

My internet keeps dropping for a few minutes and then is ok again. 
This happened lots of times yesterday and has started to happen again this morning. 
The router is visible and shows the internet light as flashing orange every time it drops and then back to green a few minutes later. 
The checker in My Sky shows no issues every time! 
As requested on similar threads, here is the router stats:

 As this is negatively impacting my work, I'm hoping someone from Sky can assist please.
