Internet keeps dropping out

Internet keeps dropping out. Keeps saying there is an issue between the router and phone connection box. Bought a new cable and connected but keeps dropping out intermittently.

Is this what the broadband test is saying there is a problem between the router and the connection box (is this the one that the router is plugged into at the wall in your property?) or the one in the street?
