Internet keeps dropping out

It's been fine for months. Then was dropping out every few days. Power light stays green, internet and calls go orange and drop our for about 5 mins. This is getting more frequent and now happens every couple of hours. We have reset the hub and gone through all the troubleshooting steps. Any others ideas before I contact Sky? Thank you

I've got the same issue... I've had this happen before. It tends to be fixed the day after. I reckon it's an issue on their end and hasn't been identified yet.
