Internet keeps dropping out
The Internet keeps dropping out, which is affecting me working from home - it's happening every five minutes or so, but when I run the diagnostic tests on my sky it says everything is fine.
My router has a green light for power, an orange light for internet, a green light for WiFi and an orange light for voice

Was it this line test that you ran:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions
